Mostafa Aliyari is a committed researcher dedicated to advancing the resilience of critical infrastructures (CIs). His work focuses on developing models and algorithms for dynamic reliability, risk assessment, and resilience evaluation within the realm of CIs. Leveraging innovative technologies, particularly Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mostafa utilizes these tools for monitoring and assessing the operational states of CIs. Through the integration of state-of-the-art image processing and deep/machine learning techniques, he aims to enable automatic failure detection with the overarching goal of enhancing the reliability and safety of critical infrastructures by proactively addressing potential issues. The culmination of his research will result in a comprehensive report exploring the advantages and challenges of using UAVs and AIs for the inspection and operation of critical infrastructures.
