UC Santa Barbara joins NHR3

UC Santa Barbara (UCSB) joins UCLA, UCI, UCSD, USC, California Institute of Technology, and Southern California Earthquake Center on the multi-campus research center to address threats to public safety and urban infrastructure from natural hazards (Natural Hazards Risk and Resiliency Research Center, NHR3).
