Gabriel San Martín Silva is currently a PhD Candidate at UCLA under the supervision of Prof. Enrique López Droguett. San Martín’s undergraduate and graduate research was primarily focused on the application of Deep Learning models and Bayesian inference to prognosis and health management (PHM) problems. His current research is focused on the application of quantum computing to reliability and resilience challenges, with the objective of improving safety and efficiency in complex engineering networks.
