My name is Devasmit Dutta. I’ve completed my undergraduate in Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, (IIT) Bhubaneswar. Currently I’m a 2nd year Masters student at UCLA, in structural mechanics track in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. My research interests are finite element modeling and simulation applications for structural engineering and reliability systems. Also, I like to work on physics based and machine learning applications such as AI for wildfire simulation.
